What does this page do?

• This page help you to send message to phone number not in your contact list. e.g. a new online shop you contact.
• You should access this page with your mobile with WhatsApp installed.
• This page does not submit anything to server. Everything is in your browser.
• After you click "Go", your browser will redirect you to WhatsApp public API with the phone number you entered. Then the WhatsApp on your phone will be called.
